“I’m just so happy that I took a four-week course that could prove to be life-changing. In the past four weeks I have learned some of the fundamentals of fiction writing and I’ve also learned that I feel like I’m in touch with my best self when I am creating. Getting a story out of my imagination and down on paper is so liberating! Now I just want to learn more.” Heather, Unlocking Creativity Online
“I’m so excited! I just completed a course with The Writers’ Studio, called Unlocking Creativity. WOW – it really pushed me to write about subjects that I would never have chosen off my own back. In a short four weeks (which actually went super fast), I learnt soooo much! The techniques that were shared have done so much for my understanding of how to write stories that truly draw the reader in. It was very special to be able to read so many innovative pieces, and to provide guided feedback that I hope will encourage all the participants to continue writing. I know that I sure will!” Judith, Unlocking Creativity Online
“I finally did it!! Unable to fight this niggle I had as a child any longer I succumbed to the whisper and enrolled in the four-week Writers’ course … What a wonderful course it has been! My confidence built each week with the positive and generous feedback from the tutor and other students. I have developed skills that have helped me delve into my creativity…. I am so grateful to have found the Writers Studio, and guess what? I have already signed up for another course there!” Delwyn, Unlocking Creativity Online
“Can’t believe how much I’ve grown over the past 4 weeks. It’s been a surreal experience understanding the process of what it means to be a writer, and how you can piece it all together. Learning in a classroom environment has been awesome and inspiring to hear other people’s work. I couldn’t recommend it more. I went from enjoying writing to feeling like I’m ready to start the journey of a first draft of a novel.” Darcy, Unlocking Creativity Live
“I was expecting to learn about character development and story arcs and how to come up with ideas – and I did. But I also came to learn that I already had ideas, and I just needed to be armed with the confidence and environment to express them. Just as much about self-development as creative writing. I didn’t want it to end.” Lauren, Unlocking Creativity Live
