CANCELLATION, REFUND AND DEFERMENT POLICY We advise you to read these terms and conditions thoroughly before signing up for any of our courses. Please note: These terms and conditions are in accordance with the Department of Fair Trading Unlocking Creativity: Terms and Conditions: Places only guaranteed when full payment is received. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for refund requests up to one week before class commencement. There will be no refunds given after this time. Before the class commences you may defer to another class if there is space available and a $50 fee will apply if the request is one week or less. Once the class has commenced there will be no refunds and no deferments. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances or work commitments. We reserve the right to cancel or change class dates if necessary. 10 Month Novel and Script, August 9th, 2003: Terms and Conditions: Requests for refunds of the 10 Month Novel and Script Course fee must be submitted in writing, by mail or fax to The Writers' Studio. There is a $150 non refundable fee for all refund requests received up until and including May 9th, 2003. Between May 10th and July 11th, 2003 (inclusive) there will be a $500 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given from July 12th, 2003 but you may defer to another course when there is space available. Second and final installment for Option 2 to be paid by November 10th, 2003. Second credit card payment for Option 3 will be deducted on July 9th, 2003. After the class begins, we will consider requests for deferments on a case by case basis and an additional fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or change class dates if necessary. 10 Month Novel and Script, November 8th, 2003: Terms and Conditions: Requests for refunds of the 10 Month Novel and Script Course fee must be submitted in writing, by mail or fax to The Writers' Studio. There is a $150 non refundable fee for all refund requests received up until and including September 5th, 2003. Between September 6th and October 16th, 2003 (inclusive) there will be a $500 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given from October 17th, 2003 but you may defer to another course when there is space available. Second and final installment for Option 2 to be paid by March 5th, 2004. Second credit card payment for Option 3 will be deducted on October 8th, 2003. After the class begins, we will consider requests for deferments on a case by case basis and an additional fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or change class dates if necessary. 10 Month Novel and Script, March 20th, 2004: Terms and Conditions Requests for refunds of the 10 Month Novel and Script Course fee must be submitted in writing, by mail or fax to The Writers' Studio. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for all refund requests received up until and including January 20th, 2004. Between January 21st and February 19th, 2004 (inclusive) there will be a $495 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given from February 20th, 2004. You may defer to another course only, if there is space available and a $200 admin fee will apply. After the course begins there will be no refunds or deferments. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances or work commitments. We reserve the right to cancel or change class dates if necessary. 10 Month Novel and Script, August 7th, 2004: Terms and Conditions Requests for refunds of the 10 Month Novel and Script Course fee must be submitted in writing, by mail or fax to The Writers' Studio. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for all refund requests received up until and including June 7, 2004. Between June 8 and July 8, 2004 (inclusive) there will be a $500 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given from July 9, 2004. You may defer to another course ONLY if there is space available and a $200 admin fee will apply. After the course begins there will be absolutely no refunds or deferments. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances or work commitments. Novel and Script Course, October 22 2005 - 8th July 2006: Terms and Conditions: Requests for refunds of the Novel and Script Course fee must be submitted in writing, by mail or fax to The Writers' Studio. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for all refund requests received up until and including August 19, 2005. Between August 20 and September 23, 2005 (inclusive) there will be a $500 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given from September 24, 2005. You may defer to another course and an admin fee will apply. After the course begins there will be absolutely no refunds or deferments.
