Do I have to worry about grammar?

No, these classes concentrate on unlocking your creativity and freeing your imagination. Worrying about grammar will only get in the way at this stage.

Is Unlocking Creativity suitable for writers of non-fiction?

Even though the format of Unlocking Creativity is fiction orientated, it will dramatically improve the quality of your writing no matter what form you're working in. The essential tools and techniques apply equally well to all styles of non-fiction. We've had journalists, academics and much published non-fiction authors say the course has greatly improved the quality of their work.

Please explain the unique interactive online feedback?

In addition to our face-to-face classes, we offer writers the same technology that has been put in place for our online writers' community. At home exercises can be posted on the internet where you will give and receive feedback. It is password protected and only open to your class. You'll enjoy the thrill of being instantly published and benefit from the support and stimulation of being part of an online community during the week. Once people get over their initial hesitation about posting their work, the process is so much fun it can become addictive.

What if I don't have a computer or I don't have time to post my work?

The most important thing is to do the writing exercises set for you at home and to develop a writing habit. If you don't have time to post your work or don't have a computer that is fine.

How much time will I have to devote to the course?

Like anything, the amount of time you put in will determine just how much you get out of the course. The minimum time you would be looking at is 10 - 15 minutes a day, four to five days a week on at-home writing exercises.

If you miss a class it can be done online.
